Repair Services (Paid)

RobotXShop offers professional diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services for our products, along with supported variants and configurations.

Our technical team services advanced robotics systems and accessories such as LiDAR, sensors, cameras, thermal imaging systems, and robotic servo assemblies. All repair work, labor, and parts provided by RobotXShop are paid services and are not included under manufacturer warranty coverage. Quotes are provided by our repair and technical team prior to service.

Warranty Assistance

RobotXShop does not provide its own warranty, but we assist customers in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims where applicable. Warranty coverage, approval, and outcomes are determined solely by the manufacturer.

We can help collect information, coordinate communication, and support the process, but manufacturer warranty terms do not cover RobotXShop labor, expedited service, shipping, or diagnostics.
